About
The Way: Finding the resilience to sustain our mission for the long haul.
The Way speaks of the idea of synodality, our path forward, walking together to listen, discern and draw strength from the collective in order to sustain our mission.
Keynote Speaker: Cathy Jenkins
Cathy Jenkins is the Program Lead for the Archdiocese of Melbourne Synod. She has served in a range of leadership roles reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning, the formation of communities of faith, synodal leadership, and the support of leaders in mission.
Cathy has held senior leadership positions within both the Archdiocese of Melbourne and the Diocese of Sandhurst, contributing to system-level educational leadership and strategic development. Earlier in her career, she worked in publishing and editing, shaping resources that supported schools, parishes, and diocesan ministries across Australia.
Join us as we learn to widen the circle of Mercy and turn our Hope into a lived experience for all.
