With great excitement, we are pleased to offer you a position in the Bendigo City FC Boys Victorian Youth State League (BVYSL) Squad for the 2027 season.
Further details regarding pre-season dates, regular season training and competition, full program details, player expectations and more will be provided at the Junior Player & Parent Information Evening. Please note that players are expected to be available to commence the full program from Tuesday 10th November.
The 2027 program is designed to give our aspiring players a comprehensive football development environment and every opportunity to develop and progress.
The program will include the following components:

The 2027 program is designed to give our aspiring players a comprehensive football development environment and every opportunity to develop and progress.
The program will include the following components:

Professional football program delivered by qualified coaches with over 100 training session for the year

Full Uniform including Training Uniform, Playing Kits and Travel Uniform

Football conditioning, tactical, technical and video analysis sessions

Individual and team-based performance reviews and feedback

Performance mindset and behavioural development sessions

Strength and conditioning program – team and individual

Injury prevention program, including physiotherapists, injury assessment and treatment

Player welfare program, including nutrition and mental health support
-
Recovery program, including access to hydrotherapy and sauna

Specialist goalkeeper coaching for goalkeepers

Competitive match opportunities

A development pathway within Bendigo City FC’s female youth and senior programs
Players selected in Bendigo City’s Male Advanced Football Pathway can expect to receive a minimum average of 50% game time across the season. Training attendance, injury, player availability, individual development plan and other individual circumstances may impact a player’s ability to achieve this minimum
Players, parents/guardians and spectators are expected to comply with the BCFC Code of Conduct (Annexure C).
As a volunteer-run Club, parents/guardians are also expected to assist when rostered for reasonable match-day duties, including Ground Marshall, fruit/lollies and canteen duties.

To secure your position in the 2027 Bendigo City FC Boys Youth State League Program, this offer must be accepted within 72 hours of receipt.
