Join us for an insightful evening with Clinical Psychologist Romney Noonan as we explore mental health through the interconnected lenses of attachment, trauma and positive psychology.

This session will explore how trauma impacts our mental and emotional wellbeing, the approaches used to support trauma recovery, and the factors that contribute to personal growth and resilience.

Through an exploration of the mind-body connection, Romney will guide us through the journey from trauma towards healing and thriving, offering valuable insights into how our experiences shape us and how meaningful change can occur.

About our presenter

Romney Noonan is a Clinical Psychologist with a particular interest in the intersection of trauma treatment and positive psychology. He is an accredited EMDR Consultant, an accredited Schema Therapist, and a licensed Circle of Security Parent Educator.

There will be time for connection and networking both before and after the presentation, offering a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded practitioners, exchange ideas and strengthen our local holistic health community.
