If relational practice thrived in your organisation, what would that make possible for the children and families you serve?
Leading Relational Cultures is an interactive learning experience designed to help participants create the conditions in their teams and organisations, in which trust, connection and collaboration can flourish in early years settings.
The program will comprise one day in person, followed by two half days online (held fortnightly apart). This format will support the application of the training into practice.
Total Cost, inclusive of catering on Day 1 is $550 inc GST per person.
