Join us for our CareChoice client get-together at Melbourne Zoo on International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) on Thursday 3 December. This annual event is free and a great opportunity to connect with other CareChoice clients as well as some of our staff.
During our visit, we will:
- Get an exclusive tour with a Zoo ranger
- Have time to explore as a group
- Enjoy lunch together
This is a free event for CareChoice clients only. You're welcome to bring along your carer to this event. Your carer must hold a carer/companion card.
International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD)
International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) is a United Nations sanctioned day that is celebrated internationally on 3rd December each year. It aims to promote public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability.
During our visit, we will:

- Have time to explore as a group
- Enjoy lunch together
