About
If you love techo, getting slinky and sexy, in the body and high enery, well then, you are in the right place.
Welcome sexy humans to a very new movement space in Adelaide, INNERRAVE — a deliciously filthy, guided, intentional rave/dance workshop landing in Adelaide. It’s not about looking good, it’s about feeling good. This is the G-spot of joy, movement, aliveness and high energy.
We all want to feel alive, connected, hot and free in our bodies. In the rave, we meet our sweaty, sexy liberation. The body was born to be loud and dance is its rebellion: sexy, sweaty, and exactly the right amount of c*nty.
The space you have been asking for where you connect with the body, move from barefeet to heels and feel alive, has landed.
Enter curious and leave with the knowledge of how to connect with the body, quality of movement in dance, heels technique and how to feel the movement.
All are welcomed! Prior dance experience is recommened as there are some moments of intimidate choregraphy, however this space is curated for new experinces and challenges and you will be guided.
Level: open to intimidate
Length: 2 hour workshop
Workshop: rave. movement. dance. heels. breath. self exploration
Teacher: Holly is a professional performer, trained dancer, holds a cert 4 in dance and is a stripper. @hollystrippedback

WHAT IS THIS?
This is what happens when a techno-obsessed rave aficionado, trained dancer and award-winning burlesque performer goes on a radical self-honesty journey:
A deliciously yummy guided intentional ecstatic rave is born.
If you know the Matrix rave scene, then you know what to expect.
After years of dance classes, I realised the missing piece was knowing and understanding how to actually get into the body and connect to it.
Not just stretch it. Not just warm it up. But actually switch it on.
There’s something potently empowering about feeling completely in your body.
INNER RAVE is about learning how to inhabit your body from the inside out through rhythm, groove, techno, heels, freestyle, primal movement and guided embodiment.
The rave is the liminal space where we explore and meet our sweaty liberation.
This isn’t just raving. It’s how we move through life. Unchain your essence and tap into your power.
WHAT TO EXPECT
How do we meet our sensuality and erotica?
By getting down and dirty, of course.
In a two-hour workshop of filthy techno, heels, big-bodied movement, activating conditioning and freestyle, we drop into the body together and explore our inner rave.
We’ll move through rhythm, groove and filthy soundscapes, exploring raving movement, technique, heels foundations, primal movement, self-exploration and choreography before slinking into an unhinged heels choreography to The Prodigy — Breathe.
We all deep down want to get gritty, grunty, nasty and bitey, so I created a space for you to explore, move and let go.
There’ll also be subtle moments of reflection woven through the movement — moments to notice where we may hold back, overthink, perform rather than be present, and where we can finally let ourselves go.
For my spicy-brained humans, repetitive rhythm and heavy sound can feel incredibly satisfying.
After all, we’re just rhythmic, playful apes. ;)
Let’s get into IIIIIIIIIIT.
Clothing and shoes: We will start barefoot or sneakers and then proceed into heels for the 2nd half. As a dance studio, commercial heels are only wlecomed to potect the flooring from damage, however, this whole workshop can be experinced in sneakers or barefeet !
Clothing: Rave style, loose comfortable clothing, fun sexy leotards, bikini tops and relaxed pants as we move with the whole body - like a festival, however feel free to wear as you wish keeping in mind this is high energy and we are creating a raving atmosphere.

I aim for INNER RAVE to feel intimate, inclusive and supportive for the humans entering the room.
Because this is a high-energy space with momentum, there may not be much time to deeply discuss individual needs once the workshop begins. So before joining, you’ll have an opportunity to communicate anything you’d like me to know — thoughts, accessibility needs, injuries, boundaries, concerns, feelings or anything else that may help you feel supported in the room. You know your body best. You are always welcome to modify, pause, observe or move in the way that feels right for you. After all, humans are innately designed for community. To move together. To support each other. To get a little sweaty and love all over one another. Big love, Holly
