This workshop will provide participants with guidance to:

• Describe practical strategies to lead a culture of safety
• Describe an incident management system
• Implement systems and procedures for responding to incidents
• Improve systems for internal and external SIRS recording and reporting
•  Analyse and investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Trend incidents for continuous improvement
•  Utilise available resources for effective incident management

Suitable for: clinical managers, team leaders, frontline workers and volunteers delivering Commonwealth Home Support Program services and home care services.
