Join me for a beautiful evening of guided meditation and sound, created to give you space to slow down, settle and simply be.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation, allowing the mind to quieten and the body to soften, before flowing into the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other gentle sound instruments.
There is nothing you need to do, achieve or release. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to receive the experience in whatever way feels right for you.
No meditation or sound experience is needed — this space is for everyone.
