AIMS Fast Track Training

AIMS Fast Track training is a 60 minute online small group session for those new to AIMS.

The AIMS Fast Track Training session is designed for school staff who are new to AIMS or want a quick, practical refresher on using the system effectively.

The session focuses on the key AIMS functions that school users need most, providing a streamlined introduction to navigating AIMS, managing maintenance activities and using the system to support effective facilities management.

The session will cover:

• Searching, Updating and bookmarking contractors
• Processing a work order for both external and internal contractors
• Creating and managing maintenance work orders
• Running reports to support Rolling Facilities Evaluation defects
• Accessing the AIMS Knowledge Centre and available support resources

The session is practical, focused and designed to get school users up and running quickly, with an emphasis on the functions and processes most relevant to day-to-day school facilities management.
