Delivered in partnership with Palliative Care South East, these free one-hour information session aims to increase community awareness and understanding of palliative care, including what palliative care is, who it supports, when it can be accessed, and how to navigate available services. The sessions are designed to address common misconceptions, build confidence in discussing future care needs, and provide practical information in an accessible and supportive environment.
