Come in, lie down and indulge yourself in a 75 min bath of relaxing vibrational frequencies made by soothing natural sounds and vocals.

Come in comfortable clothes. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided as required.
You will be lying down with nothing to do but let the sounds of the forest carry you away...
