We're bringing together 30 dirty soda enthusiasts for our very first Menu Lab, an evening of sipping, experimenting, snacking and making some questionable flavour decisions!

You'll get to taste our signature dirty sodas, tell us what you REALLY think and help shape the future of Dirty Pop Therapy.

And then there's the Pistachio Problem...

• Light savoury snacks throughout the evening

We've got the syrup. We don't know what to do with it. That's now your problem. 😂

Working with your table, you'll experiment with different flavour combinations, develop a brand-new pistachio dirty soda, give it a name and compete against the other tables.

The winning team takes home a prize, and their creation might just inspire a future Dirty Pop signature!

No experience required. Just functioning taste buds and a willingness to try something different.

We're hoping to make this a recurring experience where our customers get to help us develop new flavours, experiment with seasonal menus and have a genuine say in what we create next.

Because Dirty Pop Therapy has always been about more than just selling drinks. We want to build a little community around something fun, colourful and slightly unhinged.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

All dirty soda tastings are non-alcoholic.

Light savoury snacks will be provided. Please note this is a tasting experience, not a sit down dinner.
