The talk introduces Traditional Chinese Medicine's view of a woman's life as a series of interconnected seasons – preconception, postpartum and perimenopause, rather than isolated stages to simply get through. Presenter U-Fhern Chang, founder of of Elan House of Wellness, will focus on the postpartum and perimenopause piece and centre everything around holistic practices that can be carried through all the stages.
