Our classes celebrate traditional Ukrainian recipes, which commonly contain wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs and other common allergens. Classes are held in a shared kitchen where nuts, sesame, soy, fish and other allergens may also be present, so we cannot guarantee that any dish or ingredient is free from allergens or cross-contamination. Recipes cannot be modified or substituted on the day.
