About

Facilitator: Rev'd Dr Linda Young.
Imagine a weekend where we begin with curiosity – creating space to notice what is already present, explore what may be emerging, and listen more deeply to our own experiences. Imagine now that nature is the textbook through which we read these stories. Nature can act like a mirror, revealing aspects of ourselves that we may overlook in our daily routines. Through activities such as mindful walks, meditation, journaling, and quiet reflection, participants will be invited to discover a greater sense of peace and self-awareness. Such a retreat reminds us that by slowing down and listening to the natural world, we can better understand our own souls and develop a deeper appreciation for life.Linda’s work brings together professional supervision, spiritual direction and creative reflective practice. Drawing on many years of experience across ministry, education, leadership and pastoral care, she creates thoughtful spaces where people can reflect deeply, discover fresh perspectives and explore what matters.
