This fun-filled 45-minute class brings together the excitement of Kids Zumba, the connection of Family Zumba and the easy-to-follow, low-impact options of Zumba Gold.
Kids can dance and have fun, adults can enjoy a great workout, and anyone wanting a gentler pace can move comfortably. Dance big, keep it low-impact or choose something in between - it’s all about moving your way!
