Elunara Kundalini Activation Journey

Join me for a deeply held Elunara Kundalini Activation Journey at the beautiful Maleny Yoga Shed.

This 2-hour group journey is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and allow your body to lead the experience.

Through Kundalini Activation, sound, energy and intuitive facilitation, you’ll be held in a safe and intentional space where you can relax, receive and explore whatever naturally arises.

Journey One — Surrendering into Balance

Grounding • Safety • Release • Sovereignty

This first journey invites you to create a grounded foundation for what you are ready to welcome next. We begin by grounding, creating a sense of safety and releasing what no longer needs to be carried. From this foundation, we explore what it means to surrender into balance — moving away from the need to control, and towards healthy confidence, sovereignty and deliberate intention.

Like planting a seed, we create the stability and space for something new to take root and grow.

Every journey is unique. You may experience deep relaxation, stillness, emotional release, physical sensations, movement or simply a sense of coming home to yourself.

No previous experience is required. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind.
