About
Join us at Readings' A Day in Carlton, 24 hours celebrating books, culture and community
‘Coming of rage’ is when one goes through a cultural and psychological shift from people-pleasing to fierce, fabulous, unfiltered self-advocacy.
Monica McInerney, Jacinta Parsons and Myf Warhurst are ready to shake assumptions about women’s ageing to the ground. Hosted by writer and academic Bec Kavanagh.
Monica McInerney is an Australian-born, Dublin-based novelist. Her books have been published worldwide and in more than a dozen languages. Her latest novel is When Sullivan met Lola.
Jacinta Parsons is a Melbourne-based broadcaster, radio maker, writer, and public speaker. She currently co-hosts The Friday Revue with Brian Nankervis on ABC Melbourne. Her latest book is A Wisdom of Age.
Myf Warhurst is a TV presenter, broadcaster, journalist, and writer. She hosts weekday lunch on ABC Radio's Double J, and is a columnist for The Guardian. Her latest book is Middle Rage.
