Back Garden Live Music Soirée with Kate Watts and Guests

We love discovering new music, particularly amazing local artists where you can enjoy the full experience of a live performance. We are super excited to be hosting a music soirée here at home with Kate Watts as the headline performer, alongside performances from Madeline and Cisco Callahan.

Kate Watts…..

We first met Kate earlier this year when we attended our first house show which was the inspiration for hosting our own event and sharing her music with our friends. Kate Watts is a Melbourne soul/pop artist, songwriter and powerhouse vocalist whose music can’t help but inspire, uplift and move you.

Drawing from soul, pop and blues, Kate writes deeply personal songs about love, transformation, resilience, self-discovery and the experience of becoming who we are meant to be. Her live performances are powerful and deeply emotive, inviting audiences into the story behind each song and taking you on a journey within.

Madeline…..

We discovered Madeline’s serious musical credentials when we saw Ezra Collective together at The Forum. Madeline is a contemporary jazz singer performing a range of familiar and seldom heard jazz standards accompanied by guitarist Matt Hoyne. Madeline is an experienced vocalist who studied at Berklee College of Music and has performed around the world in the UK, Ireland, France and the USA. Over her career she has performed with such greats as James Morrison, Dr. Bill Banfield and Dr. Bernice Johnson Reagan, of Sweet Honey in the Rock fame.

Cisco Callahan…..

We first caught Cisco Callahan at a friend’s party where their high energy and sense of fun had us hooked. Cisco Callahan are a seven piece Alt country outfit hailing from Melbourne. The band is made up of a collective of friends who share a love for playing songs that draw from the outlaw Americana catalogue of old and present classics. We can’t wait to share their energy with you and get you up dancing!
