A book launch event for 'On The Day We Were Born', a book written by local author and perinatal psychologist Kirsty Bowness and illustrated by artist and psychologist Helen Fraser. This book was created to support the mental health of new mothers. It is in children's book format for a mother to read to her baby while absorbing important messages for herself. The event includes an 'in conversation' style interview with author Kirsty Bowness with time allocated for questions from the audience. Book sales and signings by the author will also be available.
