About
Mariana Vilar is a Brazilian Zouk and Lambada teacher known for her refined movement quality and thoughtful approach to dance education. She teaches internationally, inspiring dancers to move with greater awareness, confidence, and authenticity.
Her work is rooted in continuous research into body awareness, flow, expression, and head movement. Rather than simply teaching patterns, Mariana helps dancers understand how movement works, providing practical tools that develop technique, freedom, and genuine self-expression.
Grounded in Brazilian dance culture, her methodology respects different bodies and learning processes while combining technical precision with sensitivity and creativity. Her goal is to help every dancer build a movement quality that feels natural, expressive, and uniquely their own.
Saulo Dias is an intentional dance teacher and Brazilian zouk world champion with over 15 years of teaching experience. He is a dancer, graduated in dance and physical education, and teaches zouk classes worldwide with a unique methodology, using safe movement and biomechanics in an easy, enjoyable way. Using somatic education with the biomechanics philosophy, accessing dance through the body and everything that this carries along the way.
Teacher, choreographer, movement researcher, taught more than 24 different countries sharing his knowledge and art.
