Love letter to nature creative writing workshop

Location
Roto House 2 Roto Place , Port Macquarie, NSW, 2444
About
Join Alice Yunchan for a gentle creative writing workshop exploring our longing and belonging to nature.
Through simple, mindful writing exercises, we’ll slow down and connect with our bodies, our senses and the natural world around us. We’ll explore memories, feelings, gratitude and wonder, allowing words to emerge from a deeper place.
You’ll be invited to write your own love letter to nature—a personal expression of your connection with the places, beings and moments that have touched you.
The workshop will include a sharing session, where we come together to listen, connect and celebrate the unique gifts each participant brings to our shared experience.
As part of a special collaboration with local artists, participants who choose to share their writing will have the opportunity to have their words transformed into an artwork. The writings and artworks will come together in a community exhibition at Roto House in December.
No previous writing experience is needed—just bring yourself, your curiosity and a willingness to connect.
