About
Footscray Park Bowling Club has established the Inner West Novice Tournament in response to Bowls Victoria's decision to cease the regional qualifying element of the annual Novice Competition. An open invitation is extended to all novice bowlers representing clubs across Victoria.
We are pleased to have the support of Newport Bowling Club and Rosamond Bowling Club who will be sharing the hosting duties of the event.
This is an open competition which places novice against novice, regardless of gender. A larger pool of competitors will also enhance the overall competition experience.
This tournament will offer both the thrill of competition and enticing rewards. There will be prize money and trophies for the winners.
Entry Fee $10
Opening round Sunday 10th January 2027. Following rounds will be Sunday 17th January and Sunday 24th January 2027 (Pending Entries).
Eligibility: Affiliation after 1st July 2024.
Entries must be in by 1st January 2027.
