Important information:
Sessions are by appointment only and spots are limited.
Each session runs for 10–15 minutes, depending on the dog.
Please arrive a few minutes early so your pup can settle in.
Add‑ons will be available on the day (prints, upgrades, and additional products).
No‑show policy: If you do not attend your booked session, the booking is non‑refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are only available in the case of a medical emergency affecting the dog or the owner and must be supported by a valid medical certificate.
