We are excited to host our 5th annual movie night fundraiser with the documentary about the hisry, rise and fall of Oz rock
Captures the sweat-drenched energy of tiny urban pubs, massive beer barns, and provincial hotels where bands forged a gritty national identity by touring relentlessly—sometimes playing multiple gigs across different states in a single day.
Features over 100 insider interviews with Australian and international rock legends, including: ACDC, Cold Chisel, Crowded House, Divinyls, Hoodoo Gurus, Midnight Oil, Silverchair, Skyhooks.
We are raising funds to support a young Somalian family who have been settled in Melbourne since March. We have assisted the family with settign up a home, as well as further their independence by learning to drive, establishing education and connecting with broader community networks.
We have a target to raise $10,000 that will contribute to our overall $20,000 goal!
Please select from a number of ticket options, including movie, munchies, raffle and donations.
NOTE: Purchase alcohol from Nova bar.
We encourage you to extend this invitation to your family, friends and networks.
Thank you so much for your support and we look forward to seeing you there!
