Yin Yoga | An Invitation to Slow Down at Saddle & Soul

A gentle, deeply nourishing practice designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself, set within our stunning private equine estate at Saddle & Soul Equine Centre. Enjoy a little luxury in a unique, peaceful setting in the beautiful Macedon Ranges.

Yin Yoga invites us to step away from the busyness of everyday life and into a quieter space. Through supported, longer-held postures, mindful breathing and periods of stillness, we create an opportunity to notice what is present in the body, without needing to change it or achieve a particular shape.

This is a practice of listening rather than striving. You’ll be encouraged to explore each posture in a way that feels appropriate for your own body, with permission to soften your gaze, keep your eyes open or rest whenever you need.

Drawing on the gentle principles of yoga, mindfulness and Ayurveda, this class offers time to settle the nervous system, release physical tension and cultivate a little more space in the body and the mind.

Facilitated by Fiona Mardling, a qualified yoga teacher, certified meditation teacher, Ayurvedic Health Coach and registered nurse.

No flexibility or previous yoga experience is required.

Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Leave with a little more space to simply be.

Thursdays - 8:30am and 5:30pm

Saturdays - 9:30am to 10:30am
