Early years staff and primary schools in the Rowville area will come together at Park Ridge Primary School on Friday 30th October 2026 from 12-3pm to share transition information.

It is expected that a standard session will take fifteen minutes (to speak about up to a dozen students). Please book a second, adjoining session if you are discussing significantly more students or highly complex situations.
