Join Katie for Sunset Sound Healing by the ocean.

Surrounded by the rhythm of the ocean and the glow of golden hour, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation before enjoying the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments.

Sound works on a cellular level to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and create space for deep restoration. There is nothing to do here.. just breathe, listen and let yourself be guided by the sound.

Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm (45 minutes meditation & sound, then slowly rise to watch the sunset)

Location: Mullaloo Beach North (Key West car park) – walk down the path and turn right towards the rocks.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket to lie on, something warm to wear as the sun sets, and a water bottle.

This is suitable for all levels. No experience needed.
