About
A Yin Yoga immersion for deep listening, pause and intention.
A space to slow down, settle in and listen more deeply — finding stillness, softening what has been held, and reconnecting with your centre.
Soma is a Yin Yoga immersion offering a mindful journey through the body, supported by breath, meditation, Yin Yoga asanas and a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to seal the practice.
This immersion is especially suited to those feeling stuck, stiff or simply in need of a deeper pause. We’ll explore the hara — our physical and energetic centre — as an anchor for coming home to ourselves, tuning in and making space for reflection.
There will be a strong restorative quality to the practice, inviting you towards greater stillness and a deeper sense of release. From this quieter place, we can listen for what is ready to emerge and plant a few metaphorical seeds for what comes next.
A beautiful journey through the mind–body–heart connection, with space to pause, feel, listen and envision.
