Merri End of Year Celebration and RAP Re-Launch Family Picnic
We are excited to invite all Merri families to join us for a very special end-of-year celebration as we come together to reflect on and celebrate another wonderful year
- Date: Saturday 5 December 2026
- Time: 10.30am - 2.30pm (please arrive from 10am-10.20am for a 10.30am Start)
- Location: Party Barn, Bundoora Park Farm, 1069 Plenty Road, Bundoora VIC 3083
- Bookings: Essential but limited to 60-80 people
- Cost: Free of charge, however bookings are essential.
Unfortunately, families will not be able to enter Bundoora Park if their name is not included on the booking list.
RAP Re- Launch
At this event we will also re-launch our RAP with a special Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony with a Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung Elder.
What to Bring
- Picnic (food and drink)
- Picnic blanket or table cloth as there will be some tables in the Party Barn
Please note Bundoora Park Farm is a plastic waste-free zone. To support Darebin Council's Single Use Plastic Free Events Policy, we kindly ask families to avoid bringing single-use plastics wherever possible. If you do bring any single-use plastic items, please take them home with you.
Farm Entry
The total number of tickets for this event is 80. Farm entry for up to 60 guests is included in our venue hire, and families are welcome to explore the farm and enjoy the beautiful surrounds at their leisure throughout the day.
Optional Wildlife Ride at your own cost
Families can also enjoy the Wildlife Ride, which visits the farm's emus and kangaroos.
- $4.30 per person, or
- $34.80 for a group of 10
Tickets can be purchased directly from the farm reception desk on arrival.
Parking
Free parking is available at Bundoora Park Farm.
