About
Iona College and Lourdes Hill College are pleased to partner in hosting a Primary Activities Afternoon for Iona primary students at Lourdes Hill College on Tuesday 13 October from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
This exciting afternoon will provide students with the opportunity to participate in a range of fun, engaging and supervised activities, while building friendships and connections across both school communities. Activities will be facilitated and supervised by staff and student leaders from both colleges, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
Places are strictly limited to 150 Iona students and bookings will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached, registrations will close.
Arrival and Registration
- Students are to arrive at Lourdes Hill College between 3:15pm and 3:30pm.
- Parents/guardians must accompany students for sign-in and registration.
- Designated drop-off and parking information will be provided prior to the event.
Collection of Students
- The event concludes at 5:30pm.
- All students must be collected by a parent or nominated responsible adult.
- Students will only be released to an authorised adult from the designated collection area.
- Students are not permitted to leave the venue unaccompanied.
Dress
- Iona Polo sports uniform for participation in activities.
- Enclosed footwear must be worn at all times.
Important Information
- Students should bring a water bottle.
- Students will receive a packet of chips and a juice popper as a snack during the event.
- Activities will be fully supervised throughout the afternoon.
- Parents are requested to note any medical conditions or special requirements during the registration process.
- Places are limited and registration is essential.
