Join us for Mosman Councils Dementia Forum on 26 November, an opportunity for community members to learn more about dementia, hear from leading experts and discover the support available for people living with the condition and their carers. Whether you’re worried about memory changes, caring for a loved one, or simply want to understand dementia better, this event is for you.

Our expert speakers include Dr Nicole Espinosa Zarlenga from the Sydney Dementia Network, who will discuss the risk factors identified in the Lancet Commission report and the practical ways to combat them. Dr Karen Mather from CHeBA will share her research into the genetic and environmental factors involved in ageing, longevity and age-related disease, including dementia.

The forum will also cover how to recognise the signs of dementia, navigate the diagnosis process, access support services and build dementia-friendly communities. Come along, ask questions and connect with people who understand.
