1. "10 hot minutes" format ( 6.00pm session)
Contestants compete against one another to see who can eat 20 wings fastest.
5 rounds of 4 wings, all competition level sauces with 2 minutes each, no flats.
2. "Brain and Pain" format (7pm session)
Contestants in teams of up to 8 compete against one another with hot sauces starting at the habanero range with physical and mental challenges to make a team winner.
After round three, dissolve all friendships as there can only be one winner of the event as we move to sudden death knockout rounds until there is only one left standing.
Please be advised:
* you cannot participate if you are unwilling to sign the waiver on the day
* you cannot participate if you have any health conditions that may make participating unsafe for you to do so
* this event does not cater for coeliacs
* maximum team size is 8
* Old Canberra Inn reserves the right to allocate teams. Some teams may be mixed where full teams of 8 cannot be formed.
