This year's workshop focuses on supporting students who aren't doing well. We'll explore how the strengths-based, adaptive thinking you already bring to patient care can transform the way you supervise — helping you facilitate learning for every student, across the whole placement, without it costing you more time.
The day is designed to be practical. You'll hear from experienced supervisors about what actually works, and you'll work alongside supervisors from settings like your own — whether that's a large hospital, a small private practice, neuro rehab, or aged care — to translate these ideas into concrete strategies you can apply at your own site. You'll leave with at least one practical thing to try on your next placement.
