Park Lake SS Graduation

Park Lake State School will be celebrating the graduating class of 2026 and will be holding our Graduation at Southport Sharks on Monday 7 December 2026. This event is a private event for our school community with tickets including canapes on arrival and a designated seat to attend our Graduation ceremony. All guests attending are required to have their own seat, except for children under the age of 12 months.

We ask guests to arrive at the Shark’s Events centre prior to 5pm. Canapes will commence at 5:00pm in the events auditorium for students and families. This is also the time to get family photos as the school will have backdrops available. The graduation will commence at 6pm. The bar located within the auditorium will be operational; however, this is a non-alcoholic event. A water station will be set up for families free of charge and soft drinks will be available for purchase by guests attending. Parking at the venue is free of charge. We ask that the turning circle at the front of the venue is strictly used for guests that require additional assistance due to mobility, as per the letter from the school – car drop off is not a part of this event. At the conclusion of the event, families are more than welcome to access the main Sharks venue if they wish to.

The dress code for this event is smart casual and must adhere to the venues dress standards.

Please be aware, there is a set number of chairs available for this event and to ensure all families can attend, we advise the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased is 4 per family. Should spare seats be available, we will inform families close to the cut-off date.

Tickets will be on sale from 6:30pm Tuesday 13 October 2026. An email will be sent to families from the school with the link to purchase tickets. Tickets will close 5pm on Wednesday 18 November 2026.

Section 1 Seating is positioned on the lefthand side of the auditorium facing the stage.

Section 2 Seating is positioned in the middle of the auditorium facing the stage. 

Section 3 Seating is positioned on the righthand side of the auditorium facing the stage.
