Hammock Guided Breathwork

About
A unique experience
When was the last time you truly stopped, took a breath, and allowed yourself to rest?
In our fast-paced world, daily demands and ongoing stress can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected and constantly on the go. We breathe all day without giving it much thought, yet the way we breathe can influence how we feel, how we respond to stress and our ability to settle into relaxation.
Our bodies aren't designed to remain in a state of stress indefinitely. We need moments of rest and recovery, where we can slow down, soften and give ourselves space to restore.
This is where guided breathwork can help. 🌬️
Through guided breathing techniques and moments of stillness, you'll be invited to settle your mind, release the business of everyday life and support your body's natural relaxation response.
The gentle movement and weightless feeling of the hammock offer a different way to experience breathwork, allowing you to feel supported as you turn your attention inwards.
This is your time to pause, breathe and simply be.
What to expect
Arrive and settle: Learn how to safely enter the hammock and find a comfortable, supported position.
Breath awareness:
Begin by bringing your attention to your natural breathing patterns and gently settling into your body.
Guided breathwork: Explore a range of accessible breathing techniques, including box breathing and gentle, optional breath holds, at a pace suited to your comfort.
Rest and integration: Allow yourself time to settle, notice how you feel and enjoy a peaceful moment of stillness in your hammock. Then enjoy a tea and nibbly to help land ground
