About
Everyone deserves a fair day's pay for a fair day's work, and that's no different for creatives. Intellectual property law is the mechanism by which creative people are paid, so when you're making a podcast it's important that you understand and abide by these laws. Understanding intellectual property law will help you get paid for your work, and it will help you treat fellow creatives fairly.
Presenter
Dr Laurel Mackenzie is an oral historian and law graduate whose passion for connecting storytelling with social justice runs through her practice, from her work as a community radio announcer with 3CR to lecturing in sociology and policy at leading Australian universities.
