SARA BUCHER
Co-founder, Maleny Cheese & Obi Obi Dairy | Dairy Industry Advocate

Sara has spent more than two decades building local dairy businesses while advocating for the wider industry through organisations including the Food Agribusiness Network, Subtropical Dairy and EastAUSMilk. In 2027, she will launch the inaugural Grand Swiss Cheese and Chocolate Tour of Switzerland.

DR THERESA M CRAIG AM
Scientist | Agribusiness Leader | Business Owner | Community Advocate

Theresa brings more than 30 years of experience across agriculture, research, business, education and governance in Australia and internationally. She is the owner of TARA – Technical Assistance & Research Analysis, co-owner of Aserlay Farms and a Councillor of the University of the Sunshine Coast. She was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in 2023.

DR ZOLTAN
Owner, Maleny Doctors | Local Producer

Zoltan has owned Maleny Doctors since 2007, working to improve access to high-quality health services within the local community. With a family background in dairy farming on the Darling Downs, he is also developing My Quack Shack! with his family, raising Muscovy ducks for egg production.

Jake brings more than 20 years of experience in Australian agriculture, including senior agribusiness roles. Now co-founder of Maleny-based Obi Pasture Co., alongside fifth-generation local dairy farmer Dan Cork, Jake is helping connect local producers directly with consumers.
