Join us at the YBWA studios on Monday 26 October for two informative presentations for dancers and parents.

Joel Paton, podiatrist from Hypaforma Sports Podiatry, will lead an interactive session covering pointe shoe fit, pointe readiness, and the dos and don’ts of pointe work.

Simone Brambilla, Director and Lead Physiotherapist at Applied Motion and Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, will discuss lower spine injuries and how to build strength to support a healthy back.
