About
Marian Procession in Goulburn — A Journey of Faith Together
Join us on the Feast of All Saints for a special day of faith, prayer and fellowship as we gather for Mass and a Marian Procession in Goulburn.
This celebration invites us to honour Our Lady, reflect on the example of the saints and walk together as a community of faith. As pilgrims on the journey towards our heavenly home, we are reminded that we do not travel alone—we support and encourage one another along the way.
Our celebration
The day will begin at 11:30 am with an open-air Mass at Our Lady of Mercy Maronite Monastery Chapel, 83 Clinton Street, Goulburn.
Following Mass, we will take part in a Marian Procession, praying and reflecting on the mysteries of the Rosary as we walk. The procession will travel down Bourke Street to St Saviour’s Anglican Cathedral before concluding outside St Peter and Paul’s Old Cathedral, which is currently closed.
What to bring
-
An outdoor chair, as seating at the final gathering point will be available for approximately 300–400 people.
-
Comfortable walking shoes and clothing suitable for the weather.
-
Traditional cultural attire, if you wish, as we celebrate the rich diversity of our Church community.
Come with family and friends, share in this meaningful celebration and enjoy the opportunity to pray and walk alongside fellow pilgrims.
May Mary, Queen of All Saints, guide us closer to her Son and accompany us on our journey towards heaven.
