As part of the DEMONS FOUNDATION PROGRAM, the Mernda Junior Football Club is introducing DEMONS ELITE FORGE Program for Junior Players, designed to sharpen core football skills, elevate decision‑making, and support our young athletes in their continued development outside the regular season.

Focused, high‑quality training sessions aimed at improving:
• Ball handling and clean hands
• Kicking technique and accuracy
• Contest craft and body positioning
• Game awareness and decision‑making
• Small‑group skills under pressure
