Sound Bath for Mamas at BUMP DEE WHY

This one is just for mamas!

Get ready to tackle that night time routine with a recharged energy and a lightness that comes only from taking a moment of pause just for you, because you deserve it.

We know early parenthood can feel full, physically, mentally and emotionally. Creating moments of calm is not a luxury. It's essential.

Through the soft, soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, the space is filled with calming vibrations that encourage relaxation and nervous system support. Let the stress of the day melt away and be carried on a cloud of sound while the tension in your body melts. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to slow down, breathe and feel supported alongside other mamas.

Then have a cup of tea and a chat with likeminded souls. Can’t wait to look after you. X
