Lie down, close your eyes, and let yourself be immersed in the extraordinary sound of Singing Ring®️. As each Singing Ring®️ is played, its rich harmonic overtones resonate with those of the others, creating a deeply calming soundscape.
For 30 minutes, there is nothing you need to do - simply rest, listen, feel the gentle vibrations, and allow yourself to be carried by the sound.
