The session: Great riding isn't just about training the horse. The rider is an athlete too.
Discover how your strength, mobility, balance and symmetry influence your horse's movement,
performance and comfort, and why common riding problems often originate somewhere other than
where they appear.
This one-hour session explores the key physical attributes of an effective rider, with practical examples
and simple strategies to improve your riding, both in and out of the saddle.
