Join the Canberra Regions Bailliage and fellow Chaîne members for our Chapitre to mark what was a memorable 2026.

Chef and Maître Rotisseur, Shane White, will serve a unique Christmas in the Bush Capital menu, featuring great local produce from the Canberra region crafted into a non-traditional Festive Dinner (no roast turkey, etc!).

Wine will be carefully paired by the Club’s Sommelier, Bengt Baumgartner, in consultation with our Vice Échanson, Stephen Dryden.

Dress is Black Tie with ribbon. The cost is $310 per person members and guests. Please advise any dietary requirements for food or drink when making your booking.

Please also indicate your RSVP for the Bailliage AGM and Intronisation Ceremony prior to the dinner, when making your booking. Timings for the evening are as follows:
