Come and experience a Reiki Healing group session in the Healing and Wellbeing Tent at the 2026 Glenaeon Family Fair!
A gentle, hands-on exploration of energy, presence and deep relaxation. Discover the basics of Reiki, experiment with tuning into your own energy and experience a mini self-Reiki practice, followed by a short Reiki experience. You’ll leave with a simple technique to bring a little more calm and connection into your everyday life. No experience needed - just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
