The One Plan enables coordinated collaboration to inform and support personalised planning for students. The One Plan allows for personalisation for a diverse group of students - students with a verified disability, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander, children under the Guardianship of the Minister, learning difficulties, learning disabilities, gifted and talented students and preschool children who need additional support.
