About

We are thrilled to have the very glamorous baker Charlotte Ree for one night only to share her tips and treats for successful baking, but also how she creates on line content for brands such as Marimekko, Kenwood and Williams-Sonoma. Charlotte believes strongly in scratch baking, going back to basics with the classic flavours and techniques that our grandparents perfected. Just Desserts is her first book.
