Trivia for a Claus: Family Trivia and Carol Night

Join with the community as we challenge the families of Strathcona to an online night of trivia and carolling to help raise money for the School of St Jude.   

Strathcona has had a long relationship with the School of St Jude, an organisation that endevours to help build a better future for Tanzania by helping some of their most gifted young people beat the odds and achieve an education.  Students at every year level are part of this support, from the group of intrepid Year 11s who fundraise and visit the school in Tanzania, to the day of fundraising and fun that is normally held in the Junior School in Term 2. In 2019, Strathcona contributed $30,000 to help some of the most gifted young people in Tanzania to beat the odds and finish High School. While the events of 2020 made the Service Learning trip impossible, we felt it was still important to support the School of St Jude in its mission, particularly at this time of year.

We cordially invite the families of Strathcona to join us in an online event on Monday 30 November at 6.30pm.  Participate as a family in a trivia competition designed to challenge the generations and, between rounds, sing along to family Christmas classics. Your $10 entry fee will not only give you the opportunity to win some great prizes, but will also help us continue to support the School of St Jude.
