Location
Twilight Yoga Studio, Cannery Arts Center, Music Room
About
Join Lisa for this healing journey with a Cacao Ceremony followed by a Sound Healing.
Cacao is a powerful plant medicine that we’ll use to open our hearts and help us connect to our deepest layers, giving us an opportunity to shift what we need to let go of and connect to our highest, truest selves.
Followed by a meditative Sound Healing which will help you to float your way into a blissful state of being, allowing the therapeutic sounds to further help you to release & connect.
